Vanwege de uitbreiding van ons salesteam in Nederland zijn we op zoek naar meerdere PROFESSIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES (m/v/d). Dit voor de regio Zuid-Holland, Oost-Nederland en Limburg.

Wij zijn New Flag, één van de grootste distributeurs van haar- en beautyproducten in Europa. Sinds 2010 maken we onze klanten blij met de mooiste merken zoals O&M, evo, Bouclème, Olaplex, Tangle Teezer, invisibobble en Color Wow. En onze klanten vind je door de gehele Benelux van de professionele kapper tot het mooiste warenhuis.

Het hoofdkantoor van New Flag staat in München. De totale New Flag familie bestaat uit zo’n 300 werknemers in 8 verschillende landen. Met elkaar zorgen we ervoor dat onze merken in ruim 80 landen te koop zijn. Hier is de Benelux ook een onderdeel van, met ons hoofdkantoor in Haarlem. Wij zijn met onze club van 20 unieke medewerkers een hecht, familiair team, met een grote uitstraling en daadkracht naar buiten en maken van elke kans een optie.

Als PROFESSIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE maak jij onze klanten blij met ons prachtige portfolio. Er is geen kans die jij onbenut laat.

Jouw taken meer in detail
  • Je ondersteunt onze klanten door ze regelmatig te bezoeken, hun vragen te beantwoorden en hun aanvragen op te volgen.
  • Je bent altijd op zoek naar mogelijkheden om te groeien bij bestaande klanten door het uitbreiden van het New Flag portfolio.
  • Je zorgt dat de klanten altijd een up to date product portfolio hebben.
  • Je geeft de klanten educatie en deelt de merk- en productinformatie, zodat zij een optimaal resultaat kunnen behalen.
  • Je identificeert en creëert nieuwe business en klanten.
  • Je biedt de beste support aan je klanten samen met het marketing en educatie team.

Jouw kwaliteiten
  • Met succes afgeronde MBO of HBO opleiding in een relevante richting.
  • Werkervaring van minimaal 3 jaar in de sales, bij voorkeur in de haar- en beautybranche.
  • Je hebt passie voor de haar- en beauty merken die wij verkopen.
  • Je houdt ervan om onze klanten de beste support te bieden en ze echt blij te maken.
  • Je hebt een gestructureerde manier van werken en kan tegelijkertijd meerdere ballen in de lucht houden.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en houd ervan om te scoren.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, betrouwbaar, flexibel en gaat zorgvuldig te werk.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

What awaits you with us
We are looking for a SALES REPRESENTATIVE (m/f/d) for the professional hair industry for the Dutch market. If you would like to start your carreer at the most exciting company in the Hair and Beauty industry, you are exactly at the right place! 
You are there to make sure our customers are the happy users and sellers of all our hair ​& ​beauty brands. You support hairsalons and wholesalers. It is your job to help our customers grow their business through our amazing brand portfolio. Many salons already carry at least 1 New Flag brand. You will convince them they can grow their business when adding more of our beautiful brands. You support the customers also by sharing your product knowledge. You give them all the knowledge they need to create the best results for their clients. Of course, you will also be looking for new happy customers.

Your tasks in detail:
  • You support our customers by visiting them regularly, answering their questions and follow-up on their requests.
  • You are always looking for opportunities to grow the customers business by adding more New Flag brands.
  • You make sure our customers always have the most up to date product portfolio.
  • You share brand and product information with our customers. You educate them so they can maximize their results.
  • You identify and create new business/customers.
  • You create the best support for your customers in cooperation with our marketing & education team.
What you bring
  • Successfully completed MBO or HBO degree in a relevant field.
  • Initial work experience in sales preferably within the hair & beauty industry.
  • You have a passion for the hair & beauty brands we sell.
  • You love to give our customers all support to make them the happiest customer on earth.
  • You have a structured way of working and can ‘hold different balls up in the air’.
  • You like to score and are result driven.
  • You are reliable, flexible and have a meticulous approach to work.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • You see yourself as a team player (m/f/d) who like to support your colleagues to achieve the common goal #OneTeamOneDream.
