- Take full ownership of driving the commercial growth of our business in Poland
- Actively acquire new customers and expand our retail and distribution network across the beauty, drugstore and specialty retail channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Leverage your existing industry network to unlock new business opportunities and accelerate market expansion
- Develop and execute a clear sales and market growth strategy for Poland
- Lead commercial negotiations with key accounts and secure long-term partnerships
- Identify opportunities to expand our business into additional Central and Eastern European markets
- Analyze market trends, competitors and distribution opportunities to strengthen our market position
- Lead, develop and motivate a small local team to successfully execute our market strategy
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and market share in close collaboration with our internal teams
