Director Sales Eastern Europe (m/f/d)

What awaits you with us

Your mission is to lead the strategic expansion of our business in Eastern Europe. You will be the driving force behind building our market presence, developing new sales channels, and unlocking long-term growth opportunities across the region.

Establish and expand our footprint in Eastern Europe, starting with identifying high-potential markets and building strong local partnerships
Define and implement a clear go-to-market strategy aligned with our overall business goals
Identify and activate new distribution and retail channels to increase market reach and revenue
Translate our strategic objectives into actionable plans tailored to the dynamics of each local market
Manage P&L responsibility for the region, ensuring profitable operations and effective cost control
Negotiate key contracts and business agreements to secure long-term success
Represent our brand at regional trade shows, industry events and within relevant networks to boost visibility and recognition

What you bring

8-12 years of international sales or business development experience
A proven track record in developing new markets, ideally within the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors
Deep understanding of retail and distribution structures, including experience with key accounts or regional chains
Local network to retail chains and buyers
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to execution
Demonstrated ability work with cross-functional teams and scale operations in diverse cultural environments
Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building trust with stakeholders at all levels
Fluent in English and Czech; additional fluency in other Eastern European languages is a strong plus
