Your responsibilities will include organizing events from start to finish for different groups (pro clients/stylist, influencers, press). Tasks include arranging all logistics, marketing/promoting strategies, post-event evaluations and analyzing metrics
You’ll develop and implement PR strategies, build and nurture relationships with key contacts, create compelling press releases, pitches, and media materials that effectively communicate key message and build together with the influencer marketeer our seeding program
You’ll work closely together with your colleagues in the marketing team (influencer marketeer, social media specialist and performance marketing manager). Together you’ll be responsible for creating the full year marketing plan
You develop ideas and concepts to continuously and sustainably improve the brands content strategy and social media KPIs
Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align event and PR efforts with business objectives
Manage and coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers to execute projects effectively and within budget

You’ve successfully completed a HBO degree in a relevant field
You have initial workexperience in event organization an/or public relations, ideally in the beauty (hairdressers) industry. (1-3 years of experience)

You are fluent in Dutch and English (French would be a plus)
