Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Du führst die Produkte unserer innovativen Eigenmarken zum weltweiten Launch! Dabei bist Du so außergewöhnlich wie unsere Brands und hast gleichzeitig immer einen analytischen Blick auf die Entwicklung unserer Produkte. Dir macht im Produkt- und Projektmanagement so schnell keiner etwas vor, denn Du bist organisiert, strukturiert und kannst mit mehreren Workstreams gleichzeitig jonglieren! Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

Du unterstützt das Produkt- und Projektmanagement von der Grundidee, dem dazu entstehenden Konzept bis hin zum Launch des Produkts
Du hast den Raum, deine eigenen Ideen mit einzubringen und die Produkte zu gestalten
Du managst eigene Lieferantenbeziehungen und bist erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d)
Du managst deine Projekte eigenhändig
Du managst erste eigene Produktentwicklungen von Design über Verpackung bis hin zur Konfektionierung
Du organisierst interne und externe Produkttests, um Claims offiziell zu begründen
Du erstellst Timelines und überwachst neue Produktentwicklungen und Erweiterungen bestehender Produktlinien
Du begleitest den Artwork Prozess für neue Designs/Verpackung
Du unterstützt beim weltweiten Sourcing von neuen Lieferanten
Du erstellst Research- und Marktanalysen sowie Produkt- und Trendanalysen
Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Launch-Präsentationen und Sell-In Informationen
Du bist verantwortlich für die Organisation und Verteilung von Produktmustern und die Erstellung von Mockups

Das bringst Du mit

Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement oder der Produktentwicklung idealerweise bereits im Bereich FMCG
Du hast ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hast das Talent, effizient Probleme zu lösen und hast dabei deine Timings im Blick
Du hast Interesse an Haaraccessoires/Kosmetikprodukten und nachhaltigen, innovativen Konzepten und schaust dabei über den Tellerrand hinaus
Dich zeichnen eine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgezeichnete schriftliche und verbale Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Überzeugungskraft aus
Interesse und die Bereitschaft zu möglichen Geschäftsreisen
Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What awaits you with us

You lead the products of our innovative in-house brands all the way to their global launch! You’re as exceptional as our brands themselves, combining creativity with a sharp analytical eye for product development. In product and project management, you’re one step ahead - organized, structured, and skilled at juggling multiple workstreams at once!
Your responsibilities in detail:

Support product and project management from the initial idea and concept development to the final product launch
Contribute your own ideas and actively shape our products
Manage your own supplier relationships and serve as the main point of contact
Take full ownership of your own projects
Oversee first product developments - from design and packaging to final assembly
Organize internal and external product tests to substantiate claims
Create timelines and monitor new product developments as well as line extensions
Manage the artwork process for new designs and packaging
Support global sourcing for new suppliers
Conduct research, market, product, and trend analyses
Assist in preparing launch presentations and sell-in materials
Coordinate the organization and distribution of product samples and creation of mock-ups

What you bring

Initial experience in project management or product development, ideally within the FMCG industry
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently while keeping an eye on deadlines
Passion for hair accessories, cosmetic products, and sustainable, innovative concepts - with a forward-thinking mindset
A structured and organized way of working, paired with excellent written and verbal communication and persuasive skills
Willingness to travel for business when needed
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
